Moving to a new venue means fewer booths at this year's festival, but no less fun than in years past.

Plumb Nellie Days got its name from "Plumb Nearly," because at the spring festival, plumb nearly—or Plumb Nellie—anything goes!

The popular arts, crafts and music festival will feature more than 90 vendors, working craftsmen and food trucks.
